We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need your receipt invoice proof of purchase order number.

There is no restocking fee.

To do an exchange.
You can order your new replacement from our website at: and in the meantime
mail back the other item(s) for a refund. Please include a written note in the return package that you
are doing an exchange and have reordered your replacement from
When we receive your returned item(s) we will immediately start the credit back process to your card
for the purchase price less shipping cost. Remember items must be returned within 30 days from the time
you receive the order.

Request a refund.
You can request a refund of the purchase price if requested within 30 days less shipping cost.
Send back the items postpaid with a note requesting a credit back to your card.
Include your Rainview Creations order number to verify your order information to be credited without
delay. Items returned must not be used (other than checking for fit) or be damaged to be accepted.
Please note we start the refund process within two business days after we receive your package but
your bank may take from 1-2 weeks to process the credit to reflect on your bank statement.

The cheapest way to ship back your return.
We found the cheapest cost to send back your return is to use the United States Postal Service First
class mail if your return package is less than 1 pound. If the item is heavier use the USPS flat rate

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged
or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty
products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
